Some general Q&As

Can I get access to the Axalta Print Portal?

If you are an Axalta employee, you can get access by registering yourself with your Axalta e-mail address. Click here, or 'Register' in the menu bar at the top, if you have not registered yourself yet. Once registered, you will receive a confirmaiton e-mail, confirming your successful registration.

 

Will I get an Invoice for my Order?

When you have placed your order, you'll get an e-mail confirming your order and detailing what you have ordered. In that Order Confirmation e-mail, as an attachment, you'll find the Invocie. On top of that, when you are logged into the Axalta Print Portal, you can also download the Invoice when selecting the order of interest in the My Account area.

 

Will you send me updates on the staus of my Order?

Yes, we'll send you updates via e-mail when we start working on your order (the order item is then In Production) and also send you an e-mail with the Track & Trace code of your shipment(s) so you know when to expect it. You can also find updates on the status of your order when you are logged into the Axalta Print Portal and select the order in the My Account area.

 

Can I have only 1 telephone number on my Business Card?

Yes, you can do that by:

  1. Emptying-out (delete) the information of the first telephone number...

  2. ...and copy it 'down' into the second telephone number on the Business Card.

If you still have questions, feel free to save your Business Card Design, put it in the 'Shopping Cart' (but do not yet pay for it) and then contact us, so we can also have a look at it and see if we can help you further.
